Dave Carney |
A graduate from Colby
College and Suffolk
Law School, David Carney is
an attorney in good standing in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
With over 11 years experience in real estate conveyance, David
opted to put his credentialed experience to task and established
his own law firm in 1999, specializing in residential property
closures. Complimenting his decorated career as a lawyer, which
includes employment at two highly touted real estate law firms,
managing a satellite branch, and serving as a loan originator
during his one-year interim between college and law school,
David finds his professional pleasure in offering New England
residents an affordable and ideal service by which to execute and finalize
real estate transactions.
Formerly serving on the Board of Directors of the Merrimack Valley Federal
Credit Union, David was responsible for establishing policies and procedures
and providing leadership to a $400,000,000 Credit Union. Moreover, he
served on the North Andover School Committee and is currently on the Organization
Committee for the Tim Shea Golf Tournament. David brings the same commitment,
charitable generosity and dependability to his role at Old Glory Title & Closing
and continues to be a premiere leader in New England in residential Title
closings.
Along with his wife of 11 years, Carreen, and his two children, Matthew & Kristen,
David makes his home in Salem, New Hampshire. A consummate patriot, David
divides his time between his family, Old Glory Title & Closing Company,
and voluntarily serving in the local community.
